Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of haegr, a mobile app for focus sessions, rules and screen-time related routines. By using haegr, you agree to these Terms.

The service

haegr helps you configure focus sessions and rules on supported devices. Some features depend on operating system permissions, device settings, app store availability and third-party platform functionality. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where needed to maintain, improve or protect the service.

Your responsibilities

You must use haegr lawfully, keep your device and account credentials secure, provide accurate information where required, and avoid interfering with the service or other users. You are responsible for the focus rules and restrictions you configure.

Health and productivity

haegr is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. You should not rely on haegr as a substitute for professional guidance or emergency assistance.

Accounts and subscriptions

If accounts, paid plans or subscriptions are offered, additional terms shown at purchase may apply. App store purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are normally handled by the relevant app store according to its rules.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse haegr, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service except where law permits, upload malicious code, infringe others' rights, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

haegr and its software, design, trademarks, content and related rights belong to the haegr operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for personal or internal use in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

haegr may rely on app stores, operating system providers, hosting providers, analytics providers or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability

We aim to keep haegr reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, platform changes, network issues or events outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, haegr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to haegr is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing.

Termination

You may stop using haegr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or consumer dispute bodies available under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available in the app or through our API. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
